- Answer You need to use the Samsung connection box. It’s separate so the tv can lay flat against the wall. It’s also separate so you do not have to run a bunch of wires to the TV, pricing a clean look.

QuestionThis TV is in a room with bright sunlight. The artwork looks great at night, but the daytime artwork looks very dark, almost like the TV is turned off. Samsung support remotely reset all the settings, to no avail. Is there a fix? Very disappointing.

QuestionCan you use the Slim Fit Wall Mount to mount flush on a wall that has shiplap over drywall? Will that extra thickness cause any issues?

- Answer Hi Tim! You can install the Slim Fit Wall Mount on this surface; however, please keep in mind the following: 1. The distance between the TV and wall may increase by 2-3mm or more, resulting in a small gap. 2. You may need to visit your local hardware store to obtain more specific screws, as the supplied mounting hardware is for use with more common material types (wood or concrete).
