TVs mounted on the wall are just bad in my book, You really didn’t answer the question though… I’m assuming it is mostly cosmetic, so making it a different color how ever it may be is most likely not going to screw anything up with the tv. I had an old Samsung DLP that had the silver surround. That was horrible, I painted it black! I really don’t know what you guys are thinking with these design choices!!!
