If you are able to purchase Total Tech support package...Do it! Money well spent,200.00 for the year. I think without that you pay over 100.00 bucks,think mine was 50.00 use them twice,please check it out awesome deal.

I ended up luring the install guys into my home, and hit them each over the head with a $100.00 dollar bill to get the install I wanted. I needed a wires inside the wall mount, when you tell them that they will tell you the best install package you paid for is a bracket on the wall, hang the TV, and a hand shake. I posted a review of the installation package on this website, that allowed me to vent my frustration. After all was said and done, I purchased the best items they had, sound bar, mounting bracket (pull out style), in wall kit, cable box mount, surge protector, UHD Cable, and install service. I spent around 1200 in addition to what I paid for the TV. I talked to them the whole time, (felt I needed my monies worth) I also loaned them my dewalt vibro saw to make cleaner cuts in the drywall. It ended up being a fairly decent install. Honestly, I could not have done it myself.
