If its threading in fine and feels secure not like the nut you are threading into is loose inside I would think its ok. Is it top or bottom mount? If its bottom i wouldn't really worry at all. I would grind that spacer down so that its in the same amount as the the one to the right or left of it though that way its mounted flat and twisted some. That could cause an issue.
