110 lbs or so but it's large and hard to grab. I installed it by myself, but I am a mechanical engineer and love to improvise. I set up a tall (12 ft) "A" ladder parallel to the wall and about a foot away and strapped the TV to an iron pipe that I had laying around to use as a load balancer. Then I raised the pipe (and the TV) with an Harbor Freight electric winch attached to the top of the latter till the height I wanted on the wall. Piece of cake.

109 pounds when unboxed. It was incredibly difficult to wall-mount the TV with with two adult men. Would highly recommend having at least 3 adults or get it done professionally.
