• No, it does not come with any migration cables. No brackets, no adapters. HardDrive only. I use an external hard drive dock to do the migration.

• Yes it does. Cables are USB based though so you will need to transfer files just like it was an external drive if you are transferring only files and use the supplied CD application for making a copy of your operating system and supporting folders if you choose to go that route.
