“I know 3D movie screens are hazy and weird looking if you are watching it without 3D glasses. Does this tv screen look clear where you don't have to wear the glasses? And is everything you watch in 3D or just movies or shows that offer it in 3D?”

The picture in non-3D mode is very sharp. You can choose whether or not the TV is in 3D mode, but in order to watch 3D content, you must be wearing the glasses.
