Q: QuestionI want this TV as an 85 inch. I have a 55 inch already that has the one cord from the TV to the box. My question is if I dont want to move an outlet, am I able to still run the TV cord (to power the tv) down to an outlet below? Or is it meant to be flush?

Q: QuestionI'm looking for an 85" Frame Pro TV for our Conference Room at work. Does the item include the TV, mounting brackets and the multi use box? Is there just one wire from the TV to the main box so the TV can get power? The 55" Frame works with 1 wire.

Q: QuestionWE have an 85" Samsung Frame in our conference room on one wall./ We have two 65" Samsung Frames on the left wall. We are experiencing issues with the controllers turning on multiple TVs at the same time. How do you stop this from happening?

• A:Answer Since your TV's remote uses infrared (IR) signals, it may unintentionally control other Samsung TVs in close range – especially if they’re in the same room or line of sight. While the IR function cannot be paired to a specific TV, there is a helpful workaround. If both TVs have been added to the SmartThings app on your mobile device or tablet, you can use the app’s remote control feature to control each TV individually. This method uses a direct Wi-Fi connection and helps avoid interference with other devices. ~ Samsung Specialist

• A:Answer We recommend placing the Wireless One Connect Box anywhere within the same room as the TV, and within a specified signal range (10m) with minimal obstructions. For instance, storing it in-wall in a recessed box or a shelf/credenza below the TV would work well, as long as the wall/furniture material is not thick enough to block any signals. Please keep in mind that the wireless connection between the TV and WOCB may be affected by the surrounding environment, may not connect when enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., from inside a metal cabinet) or by other physical objects such as walls. ~ Samsung Specialist

Q: QuestionI think I’m the first person to get the 2025 85”! I checked everyday to see when I could buy it and I’m in love! My question is: will the artwork burn the screen? I know with older tv’s, an image could “burn” the screen, and I don’t want to hurt my tv.

• A:Answer It can be buried in the closet because it’s connected wirelessly. Im sure the company will suggest it be in the line of sight, but if your wireless works well, you’ll have no issues. You actually don’t NEED the box, unless you want to plug in additional media. The HTMI plugs are in the box, not on the back of the tv.
