“How would you attach this TV in a home theater setup so that ALL sound would be processed by the AV receiver and played through a 5.2 or 7.2 speaker array? In this case, the TV is a sound source just like cable TV or a streaming processor on HDMI.”

For the best sound with a home theater set up I would use the eARC connection. It is how I have my system hooked up and it is fabulous
