No. The TV speakers only support Dobly Digital Plus. This TV does not modulate Dolby Atmos. This answer came directly through a supervisor at Samsung.com expert support. Although the screen itself is 8K, It is impossible to stream 8K content for longer than 10 minutes because of the below, extreme low end hardware specs: The ethernet port is limited to 100 Mbps vrs the current standard of 1 GB (1000 Mbps) There is only 2 GB of RAM (8K processing requires at least 8 GB of RAM There is only 3.5 GB of storage (you will have to buy an external drive if you want more. What you will get for about 10 minutes is spectacular, vivid and bright content, but then it will freeze up (run out of RAM). It will slowly buffer more content at extreme low quality for a few minutes then will clear up again. This cycle repeats over and over making the content you are watching uncomfortable. Samsung will offer an upgrade to your OneConnect box in 4 years.
