I would certainly think so. All you should have to do is hook the EVO 870 to your laptop using a SATA-to-USB , and using Samsung's Data Migration software, close your existing 860 EVO to the new 870. When complete, simply swap the 870 for the 860, hook it up, and it should boot right up.
