• The PS4/Slim/Pro have a slot for 9.5mm laptop drives. Normal SSD usually come in 7mm thickness. Yes it will fit. I upgraded my PS4 a while back, and it fits the 1tb SSD.

• It definitely fits in the regular PS4. So if the slim uses a standard size, this should also fit. It's unlikely they used some oddly small drive for the slim.
