Yes, the ASUS GL503 has a PCIe Gen3x4 slot (probably what your SSD is using) which is NVMe. So this SSD will work.

Please try again later.That would depend on the options you chose for your Asus GL503 laptop some of them come with a M.2 slot and some only have a 2.5 slot you will need to look at the specs of the one you purchased(looks like it was an upgrade option). If it has an M.2 slot you can use this SSD.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Jere, Unfortunately, it "appears" that your ASUS GL503 Laptop only supports SATA Disk Drives (HDD & SSD). When checking the following Web-Site at Crucial Memory, https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/ASUS/rog-strix-gl503 -- It does Not show any support for NVM-e SSD's (which is what the Samsung 970-EVO is.) Perhaps ASUS Support may be able to give you a more definitive answer. However, Crucial and/or Micron do offer 500-GB and 1-TB SATA SSD's that would fit in your system. Hope this helps.
