Yes. according to lenovos website it does have an M.2 Port inside. it will require some moderate dissassembly but its easily doable.

It will work IF your Laptop is using the PCIe M2 connecter. Some Lenovo Y series may have the SSD memory soldered to the motherboard. Check with your owner's manual or on the Lenovo website.
