• Mine was just the SSD itself and nothing else. Motherboard had all my screws I needed. I built mine though so not sure if yours would have screws there if was not needed at time.,

• I don't know the answer to that question due to the fact that I only purchased it so that the Geek Squad could install it. I have found employees working in the electronic department are very helpful so you might want to call and talk to someone directly in that department.
