Hi Micah, You will find that all three in the 98" size offer 120Hz resolution and FreeSync Premium. However, whenever you upgrade to the Q7F, you move from our Crystal UHD TV with a direct-lit screen to the Q4 AI Gen1 Processor with Quantum Dot technology on an edge-lit screen. While the DU8900F offers a voice assistant built in from Bixby, the Q7F offers both Amazon Alexa and Bixby built in. I hope this helps! ~Samsung Advisor
