No, I also ran with the same issue. I checked their support website, no drivers for the 980 Pro. The drive has no issues using Windows drivers, however, we can't use Magician software full benefits because of the missing native drivers. Not a big deal for me, but kind of annoying that Samsung hasn't released specific drivers for the 980 Pro yet.

SSDs are for storage, drivers are needed only for every other hardware on your computer. Also, careful what you Google. You could be downloading malware posting as a driver. Also there is no official driver for the 980 Pro. The Samsung NVMe driver used for the 980 Pro is from the 970 Pro using a workaround. Find the guide on Reddit. There isn’t much difference in performance between drivers for the normal 980 anyways. In some tests the Microsoft driver preforms better or slightly worst.
