You would need to reach out to the manufacturer (Samsung) not the reseller (Best Buy). Reach out to Samsung customer service, they should be able to help. What I would do is just return it to Best Buy, if possible.

If they are certified to do 'warranty repairs' for Samsung, then they could do the repair at no fee to the customer and bill Samsung. But if they are not a warranty repair shop for Samsung then Best Buy is under no obligation to do free labor for a manufacturing defect.
