No it did not. However in my case, the original computer manufacturer (Dell) included the M2 screw, as it was already present on the empty NVME drive slot.

However my Dell XPS desktop, which I recently purchased from Best Buy did have a spare NVME slot and the M2 screw was present in the empty slot. Thank you Dell!!! According to the Best Buy tech person, he had a hard time finding a local vendor that had the M2 screws and eventually ordered them from Amazon.
