Yes it will work. It does not require a special heatsink. Just use the heatsink your previous drive was using. Some ZenBooks only used a partial thermal pad. If that is the case in yours, you can check the clearance and add a new full length thermal pad strip if you have the clearance, or just used the partial like the old NVME SSD. Both will dissipate cooling to the bottom cover of the laptop,
