• No. It is just the drive. Now-- the drive does come with a thermal pad, but I don't think we are talking about the same thing. If you are installing this in a Desktop, then just good airflow should be fine. If this is for a laptop, then depending on your usage, you may be able to re-use the existing thermal pad. For example-- I replaced the drive in my laptop (needed more space) and the laptop had a thermal pad already.
