• I ordered this SSD with chips, CPU and graphics card that were all said to overheat. To make sure my new computer stayed cool I purchased a CORSAIR - iCUE H150i ELITE LCD Display Liquid CPU Cooler to go with a case that had 4 fans already in it. So far my comp is staying nice and cool. ; )

• I would look into aftermarket coolers, corsair makes coolers for nvme ssd.
