Yes. I recommend placing the phone on the wireless charger and check to be sure charging has begun prior to initiating the backup. If your operating system requires that the phone be connected to power during backup, by careful not to reposition the phone on the wireless charger once the backup has begun, as doing so can momentarily interrupt charging, which could cause the backup to fail.
