“No help on warranty, mine wont charge phone at all, i tried contacting SAMSUNG but very hard to deal with, they dont like being wrong on there product, I just wanted mine replaced under warranty and theres no paper trial of my purchase, just want replaced”

A couple things I noticed when I first started using mine that may help you. 1. I had a magnet on the back for my phone mount in the car. That would not let it charge. 2. I use the otter box defender case and it is quite thick. I have to adjust the placement of the phone on the charger and slightly press down until it makes the sound. It took some playing with hope this helps
