“As I said I bought 2 of these and neither of them work on a Samsung Juno and Galaxy Prime Amp. I was told that these chargers work on ALL Samsung devices. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas present.”

I do not believe that your phones are Qi (wireless) enabled.
