I got that message often, so often that I brought the charger back to the store. The idea of having a wireless charger is to be able to walk away from it while it's charger. I felt like I had to babysit this one, hence I returned it, with no problem at all, to Best Buy, in the return period. I don't really miss it. I'll just go back to my cord charger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.that means that you need to place it in a better spot also whenever you take the phone off it thats is just saying that it is no longer charging
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you see this when you remove the phone, it is just telling you that the wireless charging has stopped. If you are seeing this with the phone on the charger, it may pause charging in some circumstances, such as overheating.
