You may have got a defective wireless charger or there may be an issue with the wireless charging flex wire internally in your phone. I would recommend trying another wireless charger and if it still doesn't work, take it in to a local repair shop. I HIGHLY recommend finding a place with good reviews if you have to take in your device to be serviced. Most repair shops have a bad reputation for poor quality work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You might have a battery that started going bad early. You might have too many programs running in the background that are draining your phone faster than it is getting charged. You might need to have your phone get fully drained once, than let it charge to a 100% to "re-calibrate" the charging curve. I suggest calling Samsung, mobile phones division and I expect they will help you troubleshoot.
