• Yes all new version of the Samsung Galaxy and iPhones and yes u plug the wall charger into the wireless charger

• Yes it will work with any iPhone that has wireless charging capability, as long as it’s a Qi charger, and yes it comes with charger and cable. I use this with my iPhone X and it works great.

• It works with the iPhone XS, not sure about the XR. It only includes a usb cord, no two or three prong plug.

• No, it does not come with iPhone XR. It is compatible with select Samsung cell phones only.
