it should blink twice to let you know its working. center the phone on the pad side to side and top to bottom. it will glow solid blue if done right. if it blinks blue the phone isnt lined up right. solid blue when charging and solid green when done. hope that helps...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Plug it in first then set phone on it. It will be solid blue when it's charging. It turns to green when it's at 100%..if your phone isn't directly in the middle then it won't charge and it will keep flashing blue. Might take you a few times to get it just right. It's a pain.
