QuestionContinued grom warranty and i ended up buying 1 cash but used cc for cell & case, case BROKE & got a new 1 from ottobox in mail no problem. But charger, i lost my receipt and Its not listed that i paid cash for it, warranty but nope, so how do u fix that?

- Answer Despite how everyone like to say how mean companies are, they often give away a lot of stuff out of good faith. But, this is up to the company, and they are all a little different. You're asking, basically, for free stuff. You have no receipts, documents or any way to discern if you actually bought the stuff... I think you are out of line here. Be happy Otterbox was nice to you. And accept your loss as it stands. Move on with your life.

QuestionNo help on warranty, mine wont charge phone at all, i tried contacting SAMSUNG but very hard to deal with, they dont like being wrong on there product, I just wanted mine replaced under warranty and theres no paper trial of my purchase, just want replaced

- Answer A couple things I noticed when I first started using mine that may help you. 1. I had a magnet on the back for my phone mount in the car. That would not let it charge. 2. I use the otter box defender case and it is quite thick. I have to adjust the placement of the phone on the charger and slightly press down until it makes the sound. It took some playing with hope this helps

- Answer Any 2 amp micro USB car charger will work with this charging pad for your vehicle. I have used it with my note 4 high speed charger in my vehicle with no issues.

- Answer Yes, that is what I have and it's a dream come true if you hate plugging in cords all the time. The only draw back is, if your case is to thick you will need to remove it it first. I bought a case recommend for use with the charger.

- Answer No, it will not. A Galaxy Note 3 and a Galaxy 5 require their back cover to be replaced with one that is compatible with the wireless chargers. I am not sure whether Samsung, or an OEM, offers a replacement back cover for the Galaxy Note 2.

- Answer You need to use the high output fast charge wall adapter or it will only charge at the lower rate. The fast charge adapter does come with the complete version. I have seen some places that only sell the charge base without the fast adapter so be careful what you buy.

- Answer Charger comes with a FastCharger cable and power adapter. Your S3 will need a module to wirelessly charge though.
