• It means that your phone and the wireless charger are not connecting properly, try to reset the phone on the wireless base and when the LED it turns steady red it is charging correctly. When the phone is fully charged the LED will turn Green

• Here also the same, blinking red light on the charger after 100% phone charge with my Samsung Wireless Charger Pad Slim EP-P1100. First time I saw this and now I know what it means. After replacing the phone on the charger the blinking stopped. Great charger btw.
