As long as your iPad has the Qi-Certified charging capabilities, then it should be okay to use. Also, make sure the voltage that your iPad needs is about 7V since for apple products, this charging pad can support that charge level. Hope this helps!

They will probably not add it, since you would need to have either a special charging pad, or position it just right in order to get it to charge.
