Hello Kat, thanks for asking! This charger is Qi compatible smartphones. Wireless charging may not work properly if you have a thick case on your phone. If needed, remove it before placing your phone on the wireless charger. In most cases, you won't need to remove the phone's case or cover, and you can still use your phone while it's charging. ^Elizabeth

I have a fairly thick case which also has a “kickstand” thing in the center so it might have been too much. I don’t know about the earbuds and watch, but if they have the capabilities to be charged this way it should work. Check with the type of charging those devices allow to see if they’re compatible.
