Will by S9 charge in the case on this device null

It depends on the case, but Samsung cases will and others generally will. I have a Samsung Rugged Protective Cover with kickstand for the Note 9 and a Caseology Parallax cover for Note 9. Both allow charging on the fast pad with no problem.

Yes, as long as it is not to thick, e.g. Otterbox

Yes I have not taken my case off since I bought it.
