“I have had my phone on the charger for 20 minutes and it hasn’t charged at all. Does the phone have to be face down or on laying on the back? I have a pop up button on the back of my phone, do I need to take the pop up off for the wireless to work?”

The charger needs to be face up, the pop can cause it to not charge. The wireless charger needs to be very close to the phone.
