Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is not part of the recall. We actually replaced our recalled washer with this one and I like this one MUCH better. Does a way better job cleaning the clothes.

Please try again later.Hi - I purchased one of the recalled ones on October 8, 2016, and as such, BB took the one they sold me as the recall was announced within 30 days of my purchase, gave me a brand new one that is the same model but the defective equipment repaired, and it works fine. So, yes, it is the one that is recalled, but the ones they are selling now do not have the defects that caused the recall as that issue has been fixed on all models back in the stores now.
