QuestionWhat is the rpm speed for the spin cycle?

- Answer If you select Extra High, it goes up to 1,000 RPM. But watch this: if you hold Delay End and Pre Soak for 3 seconds THEN Delay End and Self Clean for 3 seconds, you will see it ramp up to 1,040 RPM. Best part? If you want to hold the washer at the spin speed for 10 minutes, just press the Start button. Or you could set Delay End to 17:00 and hold Start for 8 seconds or until AS appears. Press Delay End until '7' appears. If 'PC' appears, run Calibration Mode and restart the AS mode. '7' drains all water. Once the water has been drained (the drum is blocked by the Built-in sink), press Delay End to move to test '8'. It will ramp up to 1,040 RPM that way. Once it slows down, move to test 10. The lid will unlock, and then you can power off.

QuestionI don't see how the back feet on my washer adjust, they are different than the front feet which are easily adjustable up or down... I need to raise the back legs of the machine to level it out and can't. Does anyone else have this problem???

QuestionSo, I'm needing the replacement Samsung washer, Only every place I check, even here on BestBuy, the washer is not available for delivery or pick-up in my area? I wonder how we are supposed to get our new washer??????

- Answer Every store is in back order. We ordered this for our new house in August and they couldn't deliver in December since it was back order but I just got mine yesterday. They sending new ones to the stores as they make new ones.

QuestionHow well does this washer wash dark clothes. I have a Samsung now that is included in the recall but it does a horrible job washing my black clothes. They come out with dirt marks on them, super annoying!

QuestionI have had this machine 1 year. It is part of the recall. My washer makes a loud gear grinding noise when the washer is in the high speed spin mode. Very loud and annoying. Has Samsung addressed this issue with the new product?

QuestionHello-Upon inspection I noticed that the outside of the lid appears to be dirty or smeared with something. I looked very closely to see if maybe there is a hard to see film but I'm not seeing one. Wiped with windex-no change. Did anyone notice this too?

Questionwhat are the dimensions, Height, width, depth? how high off the floor are the hose connectors? I have a recessed wall behind machine where the pipes and valves are located and if the machine connections are too high, machine will stick out into the room.

- Answer Here are the dimensions for this product: 46"H x 27"W x 29.3125"D. Water faucets must be within 4 ft to the back of the washer to match the inlet hoses provided with the washer. Inlet hoses are available that can range up to 10 ft.
