• Yes And I even plug a iPhone charging cable into it What this charger is great for is when you want to fast charge your phone in your car Or have a battery with a 12v socket converter Takes 70 to 80 min to charge my N9 from absolute zero (long drives to and from camp trips)

• As long as the phone has a micro usb port. If not you'll have to buy the right cable because the one that comes with the charger is micro usb. The charger itself should charge any phone including iphone.

• It should. It has a micro USB plug, and I'm not aware of an Android phone that doesn't use one. But I could be wrong.
