• Galaxy Tab S6 Lite will work with that adapter. ( the S6 and S6 lite uses the same power adapter )

• The charging block will work for your tablet, but the cable that comes with the charger will not. You will need to find a cable with usb-c on one end, and usb-A on the other; the cable also needs to be rated to handle adaptive fast charging of 15W. The cable that came with your tablet might serve that purpose.
