• As long as it have hdmi output you can, FiOS TV should be able to send signal compatible with this tv.

• Im not familiar with FIOD Cable Box . You can hookup a Cable Box ONLY with a HDMI Cord. Not sure about programming the remote control. FYI- You DO NOT need a Cable Box to Watch TV. This Monitor works through WiFi. If you have an Account with your Cable Company, you can download the Cable App if it is not already installed on your TV.
