• I disagree with the other question answerer, if you connect a keyboard and mouse to the tv you can use them to browse content on the built in apps and with samsung phones actually navigate the entire phone on the screen of your monitor. its really nice if you've ever wanted to run an android app on a big screen without having to still click things on your phone with your finger.

• This can work without being connected to a computer. There is no point in seeking to connect a keyboard and mouse to it as they would do nothing. This is basically a TV set that allows connecting HDMI sources to it and has some built-in smart streaming functions. If one wanted to hook an actual computer to it and use it as a computer monitor, one could do so. Alternatively, it can be used without a computer and works similar to a TV set.
