• It should. It is a powerful little package able to charge the phone (S4) 4 times from dead! This is BETTER then advertised. I expect it to fall off, though. So it should be able to be used with a hub but don't forget you will get a loss of power because of the hub itself.

• Yes you can. I charge my phone and galaxy note tab to 100% and still have some juice in the battery
