• Well. It depends what you mean by restrictions, the web on the BD H6500 pretty much works identical to a smartphone's web browser but only a bit more sluggish when it comes to typing in the search bar with the remote using 1 letter at a time.

• Yes and no you can surf the Internet. I have done so from my TV using wireless keyboard but you have to understand the TV has a very small buffer cache. You would be better using the mirror feature if your have a Samsung tablet or phone to give your better results.

• It is my understanding that you can access the web for programming but don't know about browsing without restrictions.
