“3D and Converts 2D to 3D Blu-ray Can someone please clarify to me what this means " Plays 3D or converts 2D to 3D movies." Are all 3D Blu-rays like this or is this another kind of 3D player.”

• Some units will convert 2d-3d... The 3d quality is not as good but it does do it... Even from broadcast tv

• The 2D to 3D conversion feature means that it would convert a regular 2D image to 3D like imaging, but the "2D to 3D" feature would have to be already built into your TV. You would also need either active or passive 3D glasses. The type of glasses required (active or passive)would also be specified if your TV is a 3D TV and also has the 2D to 3D conversion feature. Samsung, Sony and LG TV's still offer 3D and also 2D to 3D conversion.
