“A Samsung customer service rep told me "I did check my resources and you cannot change. Rose pink glass will not fit It." But above, Jecca says it IS customizable. Someone PLEASE tell me the real answer before I spend $200 on something I can't use! :'(”

Hi again! I'm so sorry for the confusion about this. Currently there are four BESPOKE model refrigerators: the "Upright Column Style" (model: RZ11T7474), the "Bottom Mount" (this model: RB12A300635/AA), a standard depth French Door (model: RF29A9675), and a counter depth French Door (model: RF23A9675). The first two models are both compatible with the navy glass, white glass, and grey glass panels. The two French Door models are compatible with all the panel colors, including the rose pink glass. I also have this link (https://bit.ly/3yJdKEL) to the design studio for the BESPOKE models. The design studio can walk you through the different customizing options for each model.
