“The popcorn button keeps coming up c-10 what does that mean”

• Ours is doing the same thing! The site says it's gas sensor issue, but we have an electric microwave. It's only doing it in the Popcorn mode. Hoping someone is able post a working solution.

• Mine is less than 5 months old and doing the same thing. Start popcorn mode, runs for about 20-30 seconds(not enough time to start the popcorn popping) then shuts down with error code c-10. What a piece of junk. Hours on the internet trying to find a fix and all i can find is that it might be the humidity sensor.

• The error code suggests that the heat sensor malfunctioned, if it doesn’t work after unplugging and replugging the microwave you might have to look towards getting it replaced.

• After 4 years of use, mine is showing same code only when using popcorn mode. It works fine using time and power levels. Electric microwave can still detect moisture and humidity.
