A:AnswerHi heyjmk,
Thank you for your question about the difference between the AutoFill pitcher model and the Beverage Center model.
The main difference is that the Beverage Center has a Door-in-Door feature and a water dispenser. The door allows you access to the Autofill Pitcher, water dispenser, and other beverages without opening the main french doors. This helps the refrigerator keep the cool air in, and lesser hot air goes into the main fridge area. The AutoFill Pitcher model does not have this Door-in-Door feature.

A:AnswerThe answer provided above is incorrect. You absolutely can change the stainless panels on this model to a different color of your choosing! All BESPOKE refrigerators have the capability to have their panels swapped; it does not matter if it's a 3-Door, 4-Door and 4-Door Flex model. If it is branded as BESPOKE the panels CAN be changed.
A:AnswerWe store 4 gallons of milk in it
Also out litre juice bottles
It did force us to take stock of the sauce and pickle and mustard bottles
The middle draw works well
The water station for us is excellent
The freezer is tight for space and is limited with a half partition
Overall I’d say it’s the best fridge we have had
Hope that helps
A:AnswerMost importantly, note that the installer can not do anything but bring the refrigerator in your house. He can't disconnect the water line on your old fridge or hook up the line on your new fridge. I just learned this the hard way in spite of what I had in writing from my order and the fact that I joined Total Tech which was supposed to provide extra services.
A:AnswerHi NotAnIceQueen,
We understand your question about the ice maker and whether it can be turned off and if the space for the ice maker can be used for something other than ice.
You can turn the Ice Maker on or off. Head over to the control panel located inside the fridge on the right side. Press the ice maker button until the cubed ice on and ice bites on indicator are turned off.
You may also just select cubed ice instead of ice bites so one compartment of the ice bucket can be utilized for ice and the other for food.
As a general rule, if the light indicators for Cubed Ice On and Ice Bites On are lit, they are in operation.

A:AnswerHello there,
No, turning off the water supply first when changing the water filter in your fridge is recommended, as there may be some water pressure build-up.
Have a great day.

A:AnswerIt is located in the freezer. The beverage Center, which contains the water dispenser, and optional auto refill picture, is located in the left door
A:AnswerHi Ed,
The condenser can only be serviced by qualified technicians. It is located at the lower right portion of the fridge if you are facing the back of the fridge.

A:AnswerHi Mario,
The wheels of the refrigerator model can't be lowered or lifted. The front legs are used to level the refrigerator and do not make a significant change to the overall height of 68 7/8 inches.

A:AnswerHi BP,
We value your question about whether a water line is included when you purchase this Samsung refrigerator model.
Water line installation kits are available at extra cost from your retailer. We recommend using a water line installation kit that contains copper tubing and a 1/4" compression nut.

A:AnswerGreetings!
Congratulations on your new and installed Samsung refrigerator model.
It is recommended to flush 3 gallons of water through the filter before drinking or using the water from the refrigerator. To flush, press a large glass or cup against the water dispenser lever. Fill the glass, empty it, and then repeat.
In addition, let the ice maker make ice for 1 to 2 days. Over that period, throw out the first 1 or 2 buckets of ice the ice maker makes to ensure all impurities have been removed from the water line.

A:AnswerYou have to open the right door look on the bottom inside of the fridge and there is a button that says auto fill for pitcher you press that and hold it, and make sure both doors are closed and it will fill automatically while the doors are closed. It will not fill if the door is open.
