• Yes, that’ll work just fine as long as you clearance from wall to door hinge. The best part of the product is that the hinges open to the center so there will be no extension outward.

• From the hinge it’s about 2”. You should be good but I would go check it yourself from local store if you can. I also have a wall as mine sits in a nook, but my wall is recessed an inch behind the door. 1st pic is from hinge to edge of door 2nd of my wall - 3rd from edge of fridge to wall.
