Hi! We have had our fridge for 9 mths and this has happened twice now. Was just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have had a similar problem. The ice maker works but produces limited quantity. Also, items in the freezer look like they have snow on them-- generally, everything is frosty looking. Had Best Buy technician look at the problem shortly after installation and he recommended two repairs/replacements under warranty. Best Buy did not agree to both fixes so we are now back to where we started from. I love the design of the refrigerator -- best use of space in any fridge I've owned, including a Viking. But this ice and freezer issue seems to be a real miss for Samsung.
