Q: QuestionHello, We can't get the autofill to work for the pitcher. We have tried many tricks/hints online and on the Samsung website, but it still isn't working. What do you suggest?

- A:Answer If they took the doors off the refrigerator when they delivered it, I think I have your solution on the very top, at the front of the refrigerator there are three screws holding down a lactic panel. Remove that panel. On the left side you will see wires that meet at clips. (think old style telephone jacks.) push the clips connections together even if they look like they are already connected. You may even need to put them apart and reconnect them. When installers reassembled the doors they probably failed to connect them properly.

Q: QuestionA review I read said that the ice maker does not shut off automatically and it will keep filling unless you turn it off manually. I can't believe this is correct. Could you let me know. if this is true?
